Are There Food and Drinks available Aboard the Ship?

Drinks and snacks are available for purchase. Non-alcoholic beverages are included on private party cruises, with beer and wine available for purchase.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

All of our tours have limited availability. Reservations should be made as soon as you are certain of the tour and dates you are interested in. Reservations are accepted up to 12 months in advance.

How many people can go on the cruise

Our boats can accommodate up to thirteen people but we can take multiple boats for larger groups. Our boats are cushioned and comfortable and there’s plenty of room for your beach gear and other items you may want to bring.

Who can go?

Anybody can go. Kids love the adventure and everyone loves seeing the dolphins. Our docks are also handicapped accessible so everyone is welcome and able to enjoy the beautiful sights of our area.

What is the cancellation policy?

We love our job and we love our customers. However, some customers are late to their appointments. This causes others who may be on the boat with them to wait. We ask that everyone be 15 minutes early, but that does not always happen. And that is not fair to our other customers.

** The boats will depart at is scheduled time and NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED.
** We will do our best to get you on a later boat, but that is not guaranteed and subject to be declined based on lack of openings in the schedule following your originally scheduled trip.

Up to 13 people per tour. We will provide longer boat tours for those families interested in extending the tour. (Let your booking agent know when you call, please.)

While you are on your trip out to Shell Island you will have plenty of time to make memories while you snorkel and search for the creatures that grow in the sea and the bay estuary. Our boat tour captains are experts on the water and will be able to help you identify all the sea creaturest you find while your on the island.

Don’t forget to bring your cameras for pictures of the dolphins when they come close to the boat! We provide water, but you may bring a small cooler with drinks and snacks.
